All Certified Empire footwear is handcrafted and made to order. Every pair is individually crafted after purchase to ensure quality, exclusivity, and attention to detail.
Production Time
Most footwear orders are produced within 10–15 business days, with many orders shipping closer to 10–12 business days depending on production volume and materials. Our shoes are manufactured in Le Marche, Italy — a region renowned as "The Shoe Valley."
Shipping Carriers
Once production is complete, orders are shipped through trusted international carriers:
- UPS
- DHL
- FedEx
Estimated Delivery Timeline
- Production: 10–15 business days
- Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Typical Total Delivery Time: Approximately 2–4 weeks
During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, production times may vary slightly.
United States Shipping
Shipping to the United States is free through our fulfillment partner.
International Shipping
Certified Empire ships throughout the United States and select international destinations, including Canada. International orders are fulfilled via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided by email so you can monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.
