We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
Free Returns
Return shipping is free. We will provide a prepaid return label once your return request is approved.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
Made-To-Order Notice
Because all Certified Empire footwear is handcrafted and made to order, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged after delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue.
