Orders & Production
How long does it take to receive my order?
All Certified Empire footwear is handcrafted and made to order in Italy. Production typically takes 10–15 business days, with many orders completing closer to 10–12 business days. After production, shipping takes an additional 3–8 business days. Total estimated delivery is approximately 2–4 weeks.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Because every pair is individually crafted after purchase, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Where are Certified Empire shoes made?
Our footwear is handcrafted in Le Marche, Italy — a region world-renowned as "The Shoe Valley" and home to some of the finest shoemakers in the world.
Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping to the United States is free. We also ship to select international destinations including Canada.
Which carriers do you use?
Orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, or FedEx depending on your destination.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship to Canada. Orders are fulfilled through DHL, FedEx, or UPS with tracking provided.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
How do I start a return?

How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
